Shipping

Your order will be shipped as an insured parcel with DHLl, unless otherwise agreed in individual cases. Different shipping solutions has to be agreed with the seller. The costs are to be borne in any case by the buyer. 

Shipment will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Usually the seller ships within two working days after receipt of the invoice from the seller, submission of proof of payment or after order confirmation (COD or invoice ). After shipping the goods, the buyer receives a tracking link via e-mail.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs correspond to the currently valid DHL terms which you can view here. The shipping costs depend on the weight of the shipment and the destination country.

The seller will always try to choose the most favorable shipping solution for the buyer. Any applicable fees required by the customer services are borne by the buyer.

Packaging

The goods are well protected and packaged in appropriate boxes. To keep costs low and to conserve the environment, the seller reserves the right to use previously used cardboards.
