How can I check if all Mac addresses are enabled for Plasma Cloud?

Only access points and switches that have been previously unlocked can be migrated (whitelisting). There are two ways to check whether the hardware has already been unlocked:

1. Select the Clone Network only option when importing the Cloudtrax networks. If this operation succeeds without errors, all MAC addresses have already been added properly.
2. For a few devices, you can also test the MAC addresses in advance by manually adding the devices in the Plasma Cloud Console. If the connected hardware is not yet enabled for use, the following error message appears:

In this case, please contact us with the appropriate MAC addresses and we can arrange to add them to the whitelist.
